Well, we are restarting our Wikipedia listing for our little Borough again. As some of you noted, last years content was being re-edited and removed by individuals from outside our community – it is our hope that our new format will resolve their issues. To assure our approach, we have adopted the SAME STRUCTURE as BOSTON, ATLANTA, and CHICAGO and filled it original content created by local citizens, historians and paid consultants.
Obviously, this effort is a large one – but not one that dwarfs our resolve or the scope of our past projects. I invite every member and citizen to review our listing on Wikipedia and let us know if you have any additional facts, local stories or corrections to what is currently listed. You can send any of these comments to us through this POST or directly to us at THIS EMAIL.
The following topics are going through various stages of edit:
- Early River Trade
- Early 20th Century Commerce
- Glassworks
- Locks & Dams of the Monongahela Navigation Company
- ACOE Lock #7 Drawings/Renders
- Lost Historic Buildings
- Creative Industry and Sustainability
- Eco Tourism & Trade

Thanks again for your support in letting others learn how a little community like ours can make a BIG difference in how rural America can grow and develop the natural amenities around itself.
PS: We are looking for additional information related to Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), Green Design, Rainwater Recycling and Eco Tourism in and around our community.
