Saturday, August 14th Nathanael Greene Historical Foundation is sponsoring a trip to the festival at Shaker Woods in Columbiana, Ohio. Enjoy over 200 plus craftsmen, each dressed Shaker-style and making/ selling handmade pottery, baskets, sculptures, clothing and more. Follow paths through the manicured woods while enjoying aromas of country cooking over open fires [...] This year is our fifth year and we continue to amaze and dazzle the public in demonstrating the ability of a small community when it has a directed focus on preservation and promotion of regional arts and crafts. This year, we are setting up at our recently “returned” Ol’ Greensboro School House and look forward to [...] Well, another year has past and this year as a wrap up to our Art Blast we added a Community Day to get even more people out.
